Distorted is a series of images created as reaction to how the COVID-19 Pandemic was impacting live music venues in the UK. Venues were forced to close as a result of the pandemic and were threatened with permanent closure as they were some of the last spaces that were allowed to re-open. These images convey not only the damage that was being caused to the venues at the time but also represent my own frustration in how these spaces, in some ways, were left to fend for themselves.
