I am beginning to work on a self-led project that focuses on documenting coastal towns around the Kent coast of. Having spent most of my life living in an area that is at least an hour away from the nearest seaside town, a trip to the beach/seaside was considered a special occasion or day out which has formed a sense of nostalgia and excitement when getting to visit these types of landscapes. Having now moved to an Kent where there are multiple seaside towns accessible within a short drive away, I have grown very interested in documenting these landscapes.
